This perspective comes from the mind of a country boy, who believes it is time for homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens to take their “rightful place” in communities, i.e., where Texans choose to live, and be a shining example our citizens, albeit, rich, middle class, marginalized, children, or immigrants can aspire to become. And I am not asking the sages in our communities to do this all-important work for free, there will be compensation through my plan.
