It is urgently necessary that Texans receive wisdom, up close in their communities; our governor, legislators, and state bureaucracies fail to recognize what former English philosopher Francis Bacon once stated, “If we are to achieve things never before accomplished, we must employ methods never before attempted.” In order to challenge the future, transform Texas, I would employ my Economic-Financial model, which uses homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens as the “centerpiece” to uplift, encourage, and afford citizenry the ability to obtain the latest skilled vocational trades. And also, aid in the maturation of young minds completely outside an independent school district’s grasp. I make no secret of the fact; venerable citizens are the people I desire every county resident to emulate. If we do this right, the next generation will always exceed the previous generation. And this is because we will place homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens in a “fixed” or “immovable” position that puts money through the institution of community, creating the reciprocity I seek for all Texans.
I want humble quiet wisdom to suffuse into our communities; “seize us” in these one-on-one moments of uncertainty, and help every person realize they matter to their city, county, and Texas. You see, our state and county government agencies, i.e., bureaucracy, cannot concern themselves with our mental and physical well-being, attributes consequential in having a quality productive life. We must have teachers, i.e., homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens, outside the classroom as well. The “sages” can give us the secrets to life, “jewels” that can benefit Texans for a lifetime. And guess what? Someday you will be in that same “fixed” position, as a county investor, and pass your insights to others. Can you see what I am getting at? We cannot depend on schools to teach finances, benefits of saving, delayed gratification, issues of life, matters of the heart, and snares and toils that arise; only citizens with years of stability can give others the proper, “grounded”, perspective I am searching for.
Noteworthy recognition goes to the young, who have aged well beyond their years. But, my Economic-Financial model is for the benefit of citizens 35 years and older, not, just, because they are “seasoned” but also valued; homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens need a “platform” to showcase their ideas, knowledge, and wisdom. The Economic-Financial model will insulate the “venerable” and give our communities the transformational future Texans deserves. I will do my very best to help Texans perceive clearly “Moving Forward with Foster, 2030” is the better way!
Texans, Sine Qua Non,
Jack Daniel Foster, Jr.
