There are three things at stake, always, no matter who the governor of our state may be, and it is: our lives, money, and moments, i.e., time. Now, these three things at stake can never be disentangled from productivity and time; the aging process can never be stopped. You see, if we could stop the aging process we could “bear patiently”, i.e., abide, with our state leaders not providing “tools” that will affect and effect our futurity, positively. Twentieth century traditional governing cannot sustain 21st century Texans, as homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens get “pulled-down” the rabbit hole by the same old degenerative state agency decision making processes. The problem with these “inveterate actions” are we, common people, get hurt in the form of increase taxes, again and again to make-up for faulty policy, in favor of business.
We must understand the difference between actions taken on behalf of businesses and actions, really non-actions, “not taken” for the viscera, located in the great cavity of all 254 counties proper: homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens. My concern is not business or industry, they must operate efficiently or not exist, but our local governments and municipalities aid businesses through tax exemptions, i.e., property and school, and abatements; they give businesses “time” and by extension increase their “productivity”. I have a different perspective, working people need “time” as well, and I believe it to be an imperative to our counties and state. In home life, we have family, friends, neighbors surrounding us, and extended communities throughout our counties. This is where the confusion and disconnect happens for all elected officials, locally and the statehouse. Right away, our leaders, state and local, quickly make moves in the wrong direction, divestment instead of investment in our communities.
My plan focuses on creating “access and success” through homeowners, landowners and buy-in citizens, not businesses. There must be “time” built-in to allow homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens to “abide” with the use of their money, i.e., principal to ultimately get our citizenry the necessary skilled vocational trades to increase “productivity”, the right way, in unimaginable ways, such as new jobs, new industry, new ideas, and renewed hope for the future. The Economic-Financial Model allows for homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens to choose a resident to aid in education and life responsibilities. Residents are classified as either advantaged, rate- 5%, or disadvantaged, rate- 8%, and if any resident investee has an unforeseen problem there will always be a 3% risk-free rate. Homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens will get their principal returned plus, one of the three, incentive rates. We gain real comfort in knowing our lives matter at home, where we choose to live, and we can “lift-up” others, as well. Now, this is how we Challenge the Future, Transform Texas!
